We don't think that's how it should work. So we structured our business differently — we carry the note ourselves on most of what we sell. That means we get to look at the whole person: your income, your story, your plan. Not just a credit score that doesn't tell the truth.
RepoMH is family-owned, based right here in San Antonio. We focus on pre-owned and repossessed mobile homes because the savings are real and the homes are good. A pre-owned home that's been inspected, refreshed, and priced honestly is the most affordable path to ownership most working families have left.
