Do I need good credit to finance through you?
No. Because we carry the loan ourselves instead of routing through a bank, we look at your full picture — income, history, and plan — not just a credit score. We've approved people with past bankruptcies, no credit history, and non-traditional income.
What's the typical down payment?
It varies by home and buyer. Most of our deals close between 10% and 20% down, but we have flexibility. Tell us what you have available and we'll structure the rest around it.
Do you sell new homes too?
We focus on used and repo mobile homes — that's where the real savings are. A pre-owned home in good condition gives you the same shelter as a new one without the new-build markup.
Do I need land already?
No. Many of our customers either own land, rent a lot in a community, or are still deciding. We can talk you through your options regardless of where you're starting.
Do you deliver and set up the home?
Yes. We coordinate delivery, leveling, tie-downs, skirting, and utility hookups. Costs depend on your site, but we'll give you a clear written estimate before you sign.
