11. Google API and Gmail Data

When an authorized user connects a Google account to the private ChatGPT Gmail Gateway, the application may access Gmail data only as needed to provide requested mailbox automation. Depending on the authorized function, this can include searching and reading messages and threads, managing labels and read state, working with drafts, moving messages to or from Trash or Spam, and managing approved Gmail settings such as filters.

Access is limited to accounts explicitly authorized through Google's OAuth consent flow. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, used to build advertising profiles, or shared with advertisers.

OAuth credentials and related authentication material are stored in access-controlled systems. The application's operational action journal stores bounded action metadata for security, idempotency, and audit purposes and is designed not to store email or draft body content. Content and attachments may be processed temporarily when necessary to perform an authorized request.

Operational journal records are subject to automated retention controls and are deleted after no more than 365 days. OAuth access remains available until the applicable authorization is revoked, replaced, or otherwise expires.

Users can revoke this application's Google access at any time through their Google Account security and third-party connection controls, or may contact RepoMH using the information below for assistance. Revocation prevents future API access but does not undo changes already made within the user's Gmail account.

RepoMH's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
